January 13: Day Two
Four conferences will take place during the day, distributed in different spaces. The one dedicated to construction will be held all day. Textile and food themes will be addressed in the morning, while territories will be on the afternoon program.

Food Conference
Syndicat des Boulangers du Grand ParisBetween nutritional qualities and local production, hemp seed has everything to please. But how to make this superb food a real sustainable market?
This conference will explore development paths around the food supply chain, with various speakers.
To go further, a cooking workshop will be organized in parallel, around the possible uses of the seed. While some exchange in conference, others will get their hands dirty then role reversal! A concrete, gourmet and friendly way to explore all the culinary potential of hemp.
Textile Conference
Wedding HallIn France, hemp textile faces many technical and logistical challenges. This morning will discuss advances in spinning, weaving, treatments, as well as collaborations between actors to accelerate this future market. We will also talk about product innovation, traceability issues, intersectoral partnerships. With one ambition: to lay the foundations of a 100% hemp textile ecosystem, from field to garment.
Construction Conference
Main HallBeginning of the full day
Bio-based insulation, low-carbon concrete, natural coatings... Hemp has its place in sustainable building. This conference will start in the morning and continue all day.
Morning sessions: sector overview, technical innovations, construction site feedback.

Regions Conference
Wedding HallThroughout France, territories are organizing to develop a coherent and sustainable hemp supply chain. This conference will provide an overview of several regional projects, led by agricultural collectives, elected officials or local businesses. How to spread these dynamics? What support for territories in reflection? What synergies between regions? A moment to nourish collective ambitions and trace together the evolution prospects.
Construction Conference
Main HallContinuation of the full day
After the theoretical part, the afternoon will be dedicated to visiting projects located in Paris.
These visits, guided by experts, will allow you to concretely discover the products. A user testimony will also be on the program.
