January 13: Day Two
Thematic day – specialized tracks. Four conferences will take place during the day, distributed across different spaces.
Food Track
Syndicat des Boulangers du Grand Paris – 7, quai d'AnjouParticipants will be divided into groups that will rotate successively between the practical workshop and the two other sessions. The groups and precise schedule will be communicated on site on the day. Each group will be able to fully participate in the workshop before reconvening at the end of the session for a tasting.
